Yes, something for culture, libraries, cinema, theather, museum, concert hall. Something to get people fit. Fitnescenter, stadion. Fountains and monuments, probably flowers, not only trees and rocks, some bench to sit between woods, if we are decorating some empty place. Probably even some very special buildings for big cities, working as tourist magnets, cathedral, palace.
