One-way road arrow rendering

Explanation of what happened: While building, the direction arrows on one-way roads is not rendered so it's not possible to determine their direction until you leave build mode.
What I expected to happen: Arrows should be rendered on one-way roads at all times
Steps to reproduce: Enter build mode, existing and new one-way road arrows disappear while in this mode.

Fix to road one-way direction arrows not appearing when you are close to them.

At first i thought the game have to wait for finishing the build process. Then it analyze what direction is needed for best result, so the arrows appeared some seconds later.
In another case, i was able to point on a oneway, with 'button B' i was able to change the direction. But i am not absolutely sure about it, right now.

I noticed this too, but it does show up while still in build mode. You just need to go to bird's eye view to see the one way arrows. However, I'd like to see them all the time too, even when I'm down at street level when in build mode.
