I think it’s ridiculous that the university is one giant building. In most cases community colleges and universities have separate buildings that specialize in one area. You could have a university building for the different zones. One for high density commercial, one for offices, and one for industrial. This would allow you to build more universities for the specific needs of the city. There’s no point in building 2 universities when all you need in another building for office training in the same university. That’s what real universities do.
