While playing the game for the first time, city was maybe 10 minutes in I noticed several smaller items (cars, people walking or trees just disappear at random and come back seconds later, this happened also with new trees just planted, i zoomed out and they went away, zoomed in and still gone yet i can see the ground outline of them being a different shade (brown) showing they were planted there. any ideas?

This was likely due to culling and has now been improved with the latest update.

I had the same problem with the Quest 2. Large builds would disappear or get very glitchy. When I upgraded to the Quest Pro all these problems went away.

What I figured is that when you follow e.g. a car and then look away and look back, and even though it could not have gone anywhere (straight road, no exits), oftentimes it's not there anymore... I think this is quite immersion breaking...

An issue relating to this was resolved in our first patch on May 11. If this issue is still occurring please let us know, if we don't hear back in 1 week we will mark this request as complete

Fast Travel Games: It's still happening since the Metro patch, the trains themselves are probably the worst offenders - entire carriages disappear when only a tiny part of them (<5%) is obscured by something like a building.

While i have chosen any build tool, the graphics seems to got reduced to buildings and streets without animations.
When i did escape by B-button clicks from all tool options, the city life goes on.
Did you mean that?

Christian S: That’s probably due to frame rate differences when building. All the roads and sidewalks have snapping mechanics which bogs down the processor and lowers battery life. Removing non-essential 3D assets from the scene makes sense since trees, pedestrians, and cars are not necessary till after you’re done building. It is annoying to have to go out of the menu and then back in once you see the traffic patterns change but I would rather have that than the battery drain more and the frame rate half every time I decide to make another road. I think some sort of overlay could show traffics levels so you could figure out where problems are as you’re building roads.
